Following a successful career in the public, private and not for profit sectors Roger started McGrath Mediation Services as an independent provider of mediation, conflict resolution and human resource services. He is a strong believer in the power of mediation to resolve conflicts and create meaningful and lasting solutions to disputes. Roger is an Accredited Mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland.
In January 2020, Roger joined the staff of the National College of Ireland on a part-time basis. He is the lead for the College’s module on Conflict Resolution and Mediation, for MA and Post-Graduate courses.
In October 2015, Roger was appointed to the panel of External Adjudicators of the Workplace Relations Commission.
